What we collect

  • Early Access signups: first name, last name, email address and, optionally, mobile number.
  • Partner, sponsor and media inquiries: name, organization, email, optional phone, role, links and message.
  • Consent records: whether you opted in to email and/or SMS marketing, the exact wording you agreed to, and the time, IP address and device information at the moment of consent.
  • Attribution data: the page you arrived on, referring site and campaign parameters (UTM) so we can understand how people discover Brunch Palooza.

How we use it

  • To send event announcements, restaurant reveals and ticket access to Early Access members who opted in.
  • To review and respond to restaurant, chef, brand, sponsor, media and creator inquiries.
  • To measure marketing performance and improve this website.

Marketing consent

Email and SMS marketing each require your separate, affirmative opt-in. Neither box is pre-checked. You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for messaging details.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this website and deliver communications, and only as needed for those purposes.
